Property description & features

"The flat was a perfect first time home for us and our dog. Totterdown is a really colourful area and we loved trying out all of the local cafes and restaurants or walking down to the city centre or Temple Meads. The best part about the flat is the courtyard garden which gives an element of tranquillity and privacy from the city!"

Bathwell Road is placed to the east of Totterdown and close by to the beautiful Arnos Vale Cemetery. This street has the best of both worlds, with a fantastic array of cafes, restaurants and independent shops on Wells Road, as well as the open green spaces of South Bristol all within close proximity. Places on Wells Road, such as Fox & West, an independent café and greengrocers selling a diversity of local produce, Bank, Totterdown Canteen and Farrow's Fish & Chips offer some of the best options in the city. Green spaces are in plentiful supply, with Arnos Vale being an idyllic Victorian garden cemetery with the café run by the trust at its heart, the incredible views from Perrett Park, as well as the 50 acres of Victoria Park. Totterdown offers easy access to and from the city, with Bath Road offering an easy link to Bath, the Portway taking you to the M5 and the M32 to the M4 and beyond. Temple Meads Train Station is also a short walk or cycle away, offering connections nationally. Travelling southwards, you find yourself in the Mendips, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

This charming one bedroom apartment is tucked away on the raised corner of Bathwell Road. To enter the apartment you gain access through your own private garden which is a lovely size and nicely secluded. On entrance the hallway provides access to each segment of the apartment. To the right is the bedroom which is a lovely size and with light providing from the garden window. Firstly on your left is the bathroom which comprises of a bath over shower, W/C and sink. Moving along from here is the newly refurbished kitchen which is lovely and light, and finished with a quirky tiled effect. At the end of the hallway is where you will then find the fantastic living space benefitting from the bay fronted window adding light and character to the space.

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
