Ray was, for 13 years, the Commissioner of Rating and Valuation in Hong Kong, before becoming a Partner with Knight Frank and Rutley’s associate company in Hong Kong. Mike had worked within expatriate communities for nearly 12 years before starting up Drury Estates and has now been involved with various aspects of the residential property business for over 40 years. Mike is responsible for the Company finances/accounts and for property searches and acquisitions.
