"I moved into this house so that I could be directly opposite Hollow Ponds where I take my dog for walks, it's amazing having Epping Forest right on my doorstep, you can forget you are in London.

When moving here I was slightly worried about living on a main road, but actually, it's extremely quiet as it is set back from the road, you also, can't hear the road when out in the garden. As there aren't many houses surrounding the house, this also adds to the peacefulness.

The house is almost equal distance between Leytonstone and Wanstead villages and Wanstead is known for it's fancy bakeries, so I head there for a treat and to Leytonstone to pick up the basics. It's also in walking distance from a Tesco superstore and Leytonstone tube which is super handy.

I have really enjoyed living in this house, I fully renovated it when I moved in and put a lot of thought into the decoration, so I hope you will enjoy it too, I will be sad to leave it"
