Description

This attractive Grade II listed 17th Century cottage is situated at the top of a private access driveway, offering in excess of 1,300 sq ft of accommodation arranged over two floors.

Built in attractive Cotswold stone, the property enjoys an attractive façade with three prominent gables and an assortment of climbing plants.

Inside and on the ground floor are two receptions both with feature fireplaces, a practical kitchen with feature Aga, utility area, garden room/snug and cloakroom.

To the first floor are three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes in two as well as a shower room and bathroom. The property enjoys many period features to include exposed beams, stone mullion windows and feature fireplaces.

Outside
The property is approached off a driveway, where there is access to a large parking/turning area. This in turn leads to a detached spacious garage.

The gardens are predominantly to the rear and laid to lawn. The traditional cottage style gardens are well-stocked with deep flower beds and pretty climbing plants and flowers. To one end there is a patio area with timber gazebo over and views back up towards Colerne.

Immediately leading off the house is a private patio area with space for a dining table and chairs as well as a pretty climbing wisteria. Additionally there is a large powder coated aluminum and glazed greenhouse, which is ideal for those green fingered home owners.
