From Launceston Town Centre proceed along the A388 (Western Road) upon reaching the roundabout at Pennygillam, take the 3rd exit signposted South Petherwin along the B3254. Continue along this road passing through the hamlet of Daws House. Upon entering the village of South Petherwin continue past the Church on the right hand side and follow the road around the bend, where shortly after Lanes Cottage is found on the right hand side.
