Property description & features

  • Tenure: Leasehold (994 years remaining)
A bright and spacious modern apartment featuring floor to ceiling windows and offers some striking views of the Shard, the City skyline and Greenwich landmarks, such as the Cutty Sark and Royal Naval college.

Including an underground off street parking space, a huge bonus.

This wonderful apartment is located on the second level and showcases two double-sized bedrooms (both benefiting from fitted wardrobes) - with the principal bedroom featuring an en-suite shower room, with good size shower.

There is also a modern bathroom suite with fitted rainhead shower over bath, a very spacious lounge/diner and an open-plan kitchen, which includes integrated Siemens appliances.

There is also a Westerly-facing private balcony for that bit of outside space.

Furthermore, there is an integral air flow system, wood flooring and fitted carpets, and a storage/utility cupboard - not to mention bicycle storage located in the car park.

There is a great choice of shopping facilities and gyms just moments away, including coffee shops, restaurants, swimming bar and easy access to either North Greenwich tube station or Greenwich town centre.

Maze Hill is a very short walk away, as well as Greenwich's royal park.

What The Sellers Say -

"We bought the apartment off-plan and were literally thrilled by this property since the very first time we walked in.

Immediately, we fell in love with the elegant finishes, top-notch appliances and West-facing balcony with stunning views on some of London’s main landmarks including the Cutty Sark, the Maritime Museum, the Shard and the Walkie Talkie.

In addition, the charming rooftops of the neighbouring Grade II listed houses had an almost therapeutic effect, lifting our spirits while facing a twin pregnancy during lockdown. We moved in as a couple and are only leaving due to having become a family of four sooner than expected!

The open-plan kitchen and living room is a really sociable space and the sun-catching balcony with its gorgeous views of London has always drawn lots of compliments from guests.

Thanks to its stylish kitchen and high quality wooden tiles, it is easy to personalise and furnish, giving you a lovely sense of luminosity and openness that is not easy to find in apartments.

It also gives you a great sense of safety thanks to the different security levels and the community vibe that has quickly developed within the whole development, with a quick mention to our closest neighbours (a wonderful young couple and a French gentleman) who we are sad to leave and that have so often helped us out in times of need.

The East-facing main bedroom looks over the pretty internal courtyard (where our kids love to run around), it is very quiet and perfect for sleeping in on weekends.

All of the above made this apartment a comfortable and practical home for us both as working professionals, and then as a young family. The other major draw for us was location and lifestyle; it’s an easy commute to Canary Wharf (4 bus stops and a Jubilee line station away) and the City (with direct trains from Maze Hill station to Cannon Street in 15 minutes, London Bridge in 11 minutes and City Thameslink in 22 minutes) and we have lots of cafes, shops, pubs and attractions within walking distance.

It’s also a great spot for young families, with great childcare options and both the wonderful Greenwich Park (with its attractions and its gorgeous playground) and the charming East Greenwich Pleasaunce, as well as walking along the River with the kids on a weekend.”

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted

Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on July 16, 2019 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
