The Sloop is a beautiful 2 Bedroom water front cottage which has been renovated throughout and utilised as a family home and also a successful holiday let property over the past few years. There is a Hallway off the Kitchen leading to the downstairs w.c and a rear access door leading to the steps which will take you out onto the external Garden. The first Floor boasts two fantastic size Bedrooms with the Master Enjoying spectacular beach and water views and also boasting a large storage cupboard. The Master Bathroom has a large walk in double shower and is a nice size plus there is a further walk in storage cupboard / pantry to the top of the stairs which is another useful bonus. The Utility Room as previously mentioned has been made out of what was the third bedroom. This now boasts space and plumbing for further free standing appliances plus as sink and storage. There is another double glazed door which also leads out onto the steps which will lead you to the top Garden. This space although is steep is a great external space come summertime and also boasts a shed area and the log store for the burner. The boundary line goes far beyond the seating area of the Garden and worked correctly could become a fabulous spot to sit out and enjoy the views this wonderful location has to offer.
To the front of the property there is a driveway which leads to the off road parking to the front. Here you will also be able to sit out and enjoy the views but this location is mainly used for off road parking, further storage etc.
