Description
We are offering for sale a freehold parcel of land for mooring purposes. Each parcel of land will have a 60 foot water frontage and will include the land to the rear as indicated in the drawings. Year round occupation requires planning permission (Contact office for more details).
There are currently no services. These moorings are on the Prickwillow Road between Isleham and Prickwillow, located down a private driveway to Riverview Marina. The existing marina has around 20 rented and serviced moorings and the owner is currently selling around 10, 60 foot moorings.
Each mooring will have use of a parking space in the marina car park.
The method of sale will be by a normal solicitor freehold land sale.
The marina does have chemical toilet disposal facilities and these would be available with a small service charge.
Although we are offering a 60 foot water frontage mooring, larger or smaller moorings may be available.
There is a public right of way along the top of the bank. Some clearance on the water frontage may be required to moor a boat.
Normal regulations for the ownership/mooring of a boat will apply and ownership of land abutting a waterway will need to comply with Environmental Agency regulations.

Isleham village (1 mile away) has many local amenities these include:- a small Co-op supermarket, village stores, primary school, three public houses and three churches. The nearby towns of Newmarket, Ely and Mildenhall are well served by a larger variety of shopping amenities together with schooling for all age groups and recreational facilities.
