Once we have received satisfactory references, we will ask you to pay the Initial Payment.
Transfer of the Total Initial Payment into Hylton Hill Clients Bank Account. These bank details will be emailed to the prospective tenant upon approval of application.
As we have a constant flow of enquiries for properties to let, we expect prompt payment to reserve the property.
Hylton Hill will need to know your preferred Commencement date.
Once the payment has cleared through our Hylton Hill Bank account, we will arrange a commencement date, when you will come to the flat, by appointment, with Passport and Bank Account details to sign the documents and receive the keys.
