We've loved living in Benett Drive, it's a very tranquil and peaceful place to live. We have some lovely neighbours and the traffic is so light that sometimes you'll see children still able to play in the street. You'll rarely hear any noise, except perhaps the fox's quarrelling, or the Crows scaring the Magpies.

We often wake up to be serenaded by birdsong - it's a great way to start the day. The views are spectacular, with changing vistas, by the minute, some days. The house itself is very adaptable and has served us well as a family house and more recently just as a couple, with friends and family visiting.

We're confident that the next resident will enjoy living here as much as we have.
