Adelaide Crescent is widely considered to be one of, if not the best locations within the Brighton and Hove area. The prestigious location is highly regarded for it's excellent position that provides you with stunning views to the sea and beyond, plus access to the bustling café culture of Church Road which offers fantastic boutique shops, trendy bars and restaurants and plenty of high end cafes. Access links into the city centre are in abundance, with bus links nearby and Hove station within walking distance. If you want a location that really does provide everything you need in one place, then look no further.

The apartment itself is set on the third floor of a stunning period house with access provided via a passenger lift. Providing comfortable living and mixed with contemporary décor, you have the best of both worlds when it comes to enjoying this wonderful home.

One of the main focuses of this fabulous apartment is the open plan lounge/dining room leading to a modern fitted kitchen. This beautiful space has large windows which fill the apartment with an enormous amount of natural light and provides views across Adelaide Crescent itself and to the sea. The home also has two double bedrooms and a spacious and modern family bathroom as well as a seperate WC.

Viewings are encouraged to really appreciate all that this unique home has to offer.

"Having spent many years here in Adelaide we will miss so many features and wonderful attributes about the apartment and this vibrant area. Firstly and the most obvious would be the close proximity of the beach and sea. Absolutely amazing summers on the beach and stunning sunsets and views. To have the beautiful green space right opposite from Adelaide Park gives us a real feel of nature and peace throughout the year.

Our parking is one of the easiest in the city as there are always spaces available when you come back home without the hassle of searching around for spaces.
We have a very cosy and private west facing balcony we use to sit and enjoy the sunsets on warm summer evenings over a glass of wine.

The apartment is spacious but homely with a lovely energy about it. It is easy to access via a very reliable little lift that comes in use with heavy bags. We also love the community feel about the crescent where neighbours are friendly and supportive of an annual market held in the park run by the local community.

We have completely soundproofed the ceilings and floors to a high specification and gives the apartment that extra luxurious feel. There is also room for a bike under the stairs by the front door that we share with the neighbour"

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on December 17, 2021

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 4, 2022

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on December 14, 2022 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.

Any supplementary data should not be relied upon as forming part of any property particulars and OnTheMarket cannot be held responsible for any incorrectness in this data. See here for more information.
