Signe Maria is a 23.46 meter non navigable houseboat of lapped and riveted steel plate construction. The vessel was constructed in 1940's by Vickins as a custom dock barge and was subsequently converted into a houseboat.

The cabin house structure has been built onto the original barge with accommodation at both deck levels. There is ample side decks with substantial rail system enabling easy access around the cabin house structure.
The accommodation on the upper deck is fitted out to a good standard with sealed double glazed windows down each side in sound timber frames. The sides and headlining is lined with boarding and down the centerline of the roof structure is a double glazed skylight which extended from the foremost pt of the roof and runs to the access door providing plenty of light. The lounge area provides ample light with three windows each side and a large floor to ceiling window with doors leading onto the sundeck which measures approximately 3m x 4.15m.

Access to the lower deck is via a staircase, you enter the lower level hall and you have two good sized bedrooms both with en suite.

The houseboat is fitted out with 240 volt AC to mains electricity. The gas system on board is a domestic type and servs the central heating boiler (Vaillant Gas Boiler) with water tank. The gas boiler provides hot water for central heating system and also the various mixer faucets in the en suite and galley. The gas also supplies the galley for the 4 ring gas hob.

Water - the facility to be connected to a shore side vacuum operated system. This provides a water system comparable to those found in domestic homes.

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
