This property is conveniently backs onto St Anne's Wells Park is a must on a sunny day and has many native and exotic trees, Children's play area, a scented garden that allows the visitor to experience many different smells, Garden cafe serving up tasty homecooked Breakfasts ranging from a Full-English to fresh pastries and a range of homemade cakes. Popular 7 Dials area is nearby Brighton centre is within Waking distance with plenty of choice on shops, restaurants and coffee shops. You can stroll down to Brighton beach and approximately a 15 minute walk to Brighton mainline station.
