STEP OUTSIDE

The land at Staverton Manor extends to around 19 acres. The remaining acreage is made up of woodland, lawns and the lake. The lake is stream fed and so there are lovely pathways to walk following the stream down through the grounds and woodland. There are lots of seating areas and spaces to get peace and tranquillity. You really can switch off and relax here very quickly. On a viewing we'll show you all around the grounds, so you can experience it first hand – It is very special indeed.

The driveway at the front leads around to the back of the house where there is parking for a number of vehicles. The main garage is here. It is 36ft wide and has two electric up and over garage doors. Beyond this there is a drive which leads its way through the trees and up to a separate gated entrance. Along the drive there is another very large garage/workshop with a vehicle inspection pit. Between this garage and the house there is also a small detached office building. This is fitted out with purpose made light oak office cupboards and a built in desk. There are ample power sockets and potentially two phone lines in.
