She is moored on a leisure licence on the river - beside the popular and highly desirable Chelsea Harbour and has access to all facilities there, including on-land toilets and showers. She is well placed for a wide range of local amenities and public transport, so would make an excellent pied-à-terre. The Chelsea Harbour area is a tranquil haven from the buzz of the city but close to Imperial Wharf national rail station which links to the tube. This provides direct rail links with Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction, as well as Southern services to Milton Keynes Central and East Croydon. There are bus services including bus route C3 which links Chelsea Harbour with Earl's Court, Fulham and Clapham Junction.
