Great minds think alike, and the sellers' state "our favourite part of the flat is our balcony- lockdown made us appreciate this even more, spending lots of time in the evening sunshine. Also it’s fun for New Years as we can watch the fireworks from our balcony! The area is a huge positive of the flat too, the location provided us with lots of walks full of nature with Hackney Marshes, Olympic park and Victoria park to name a few."
