Thank you for viewing our Ex Demo Swift Toronto lodge located on one of our brand new lodge developments on Springwood. It is sited on a lovely part of the park and the area is brand new. It overlooks the Teviot River and has parking for up to 4 cars and comes with piped gas.

Springwood is situated on the banks of the river Teviot within an old country estate making the most of the countryside. Being within a 15 minute walk of the historic market town of Kelso.

There is plenty to do and explore in Kelso with a plethora of independent retailers, boutique cafes & bars, restaurants and takeaways.  Along with all your essentials like Supermarkets, Clothing Stores, Petrol Stations & Car Garages for when the unexpected happens.

We are also close to the main hospital in the area with the Borders General being only a 15 mile drive.

In the local area of Kelso there is plenty to keep the little ones happy with Sheddon Park, Kelso Skate Park, Kelso Golfcourse, Anfra Flats Bike Track, Kelso Swimming Pool & Border Ice Rink.

If your after that little bit of relaxation or more older activity time you have Schloss Roxburghe Hotel with its Spa facilities & The only Championship layout Golf Course in the Borders. The Country Sports  Centre with shooting, archery & fishing. Or you could have a great day of fun at the Kelso Racecourse.

Its also an exciting time on site as we near the end of our 3 million pound development adding additional pitches, children's play area, new café & bistro, main reception, owners lounge & kids room.

You days here can be spent visiting landmarks like Kelso Abbey to enjoying leisurely strolls through the countryside. A short drive from Springwood will take you to Kielder Forest, home to the largest man-made lake in Northern Europe and can be explored in a number of ways from cycling to hiking and a number of trails. Or take a visit to the largest inhabited castle in Scotland where you can wander through impressive walled gardens, enjoy afternoon tea at one of the two cafes or ride the cycle trail suitable for the whole family.
