The on-site facilities include heated indoor swimming pool, clubhouse with bar and seasonal entertainment, gym and launderette.
Swanage boasts many attractions not least the safe, sandy beach and Swanage Pier, private steam railway (recently re-linked to the main line Weymouth to Waterloo) and for countryside lovers, is part of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.

Dining area has independent table and chairs.
Kitchen: Modern worktops, cupboards and drawers, four ring gas cooker, all electrical goods and equipment as seen included. Cupboard housing calor gas fired boiler serving heating radiators and hot water.
MAIN BEDROOM (S)
Double bed with ample surround storage and double wardrobe. WC en suite.
TWIN ROOM (E)
Twin beds and fitted cupboards and wardrobe.
SHOWER ROOM (W)
Shower cubicle with mains operated shower, WC, wash basin with cupboards under and heated towel rail,

Driveway leading to parking area for 1+ cars, external storage cupboards. Private garden area.
TENURE
We have been advised that the licence runs until January 2039 at which point you will be able to apply for annual extensions subject to inspection by the site owners. Pitch fees are currently £6,678 per annum payable half-yearly, include water rates. Pitch fees have been paid until end August 2023. Council rate of approximately £300 per annum. Electricity is metered and gas purchased separately.
NB: The site is closed from January 16 to March 1 annually. The caravan licence permits use as a holiday caravan only and not residential.
