Lot 2 ‘Land West of Coch y Moel’Lot 2 extends to 32.26 acres and has road frontage to numerous enclosures. The land varies from good quality grazing/mowing land to rock outcrops all of which is free draining in nature.
Included in this lot is a former quarry. Mains water presently services lot 2 but this supply must be replaced within 12 months of completion with an independent supply. A sub-meter must be installed during the transition period up to installing a new meter.
Directions from Botwnnog, fork left at Rhydbach Chapel and follow the single track road over the hump back bridge for 1.5 miles and the land is located on the right hand side.
