When we move out of our newly built flat we will miss the beautiful balcony overlooking the communal gardens and park. It's perfect for a quiet drink in the sun in the summer. The location is perfect, just a short walk up the hill into Crystal Palace where there are plenty of great cafes, restaurants and pubs. Or the opposite way into Beckenham which has an excellent butchers we love to go to at the weekend.
