The private house comprises a living room, an eat-in kitchen with dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a pantry on the lower floor.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A further room, currently used as a studio, can be reached from the internal staircase as well as from an external staircase.

A beautifully landscaped and heated saltwater pool with a sun terrace can be easily reached from both houses. This area is surrounded by lavender beds and a variety of roses and shrubs including rosemary, sage and thyme ensuring a typical Mediterranean atmosphere.
