Annual Running Costs 2023
- Season: 10th February - 10th January. There is no limitation to how much or how little you use the caravan through the 11 months.
- Pitch Fees: £3,000 + VAT
- General and Non Domestic Charge for services: £429.67 + VAT
- Electricity is billed quarterly
- Gas bottles are pay as you go
- There is NO age limit to how long the caravans can stay on the park for.
- Decking can be installed to the customers preference & storage boxes are allowed.
