At the Melton Road traffic lights, turn left and drive through Melton. Continue past the Ufford Park Golf Course and at the junction with the old A12 turn right into ‘The Avenue’ signed to Lower Ufford. Proceed along this straight road, passing the village hall, tennis court and playing field and at the T Junction turn right. Follow the lane up the hill turning left into Church Lane, where the driveway will be found on the left after passing the church ((signed Potts Croft, Potts Cottage).
