The 85 hp Ford diesel engine provides plenty of power when cruising. Externally there is a good sized seating area which enables you to enjoy your surroundings, with some stunning views up and down the river. Ongoing mooring fees are only £730 pa, which is incredible value for a mooring with residential permission.
Obviously Filjec could benefit from some internal refurbishment and modernisation, however her location, ongoing fees and cruising capability make her an extremely affordable and attractive opportunity. The houseboat is freehold and the residential mooring is leasehold.
