A useful side entrance porch offers an ideal area to take off your muddy shoes and wet coats before stepping into the impressive kitchen. The kitchen is a superb space within the house, it is open plan the the dining/sitting room and enjoys a light aspect with windows and a large Velux flooding light over the central island. The kitchen offers tasteful wall and base units with a Belfast style sink and a tiled floor. The open plan dining/sitting area has a lovely exposed brick fireplace with a wood burning stove. To the side of the kitchen is a utility space and from there you step into a fantastic long store room. Accessed off the sitting area is the ground floor WC. The remaining accommodation on the ground floor offers a cosy lounge, with a brick feature fireplace and a large window to the front. There is also a entrance hall to the front with an external door.
The first floor accommodation offers continues with the character features, there are two double bedrooms both with exposed brick feature fireplaces and high ceilings. The bathroom offers a white suite with a bath, WC and wash basin.
The Studio & Workshop - The Cottage benefits from a wonderful detached studio, which is used for additional accommodation to the main house. Fitted with a kitchen area and bathroom the studio is suitable for a variety of uses (subject to gaining any necessary permissions). With exposed ceiling timbers and exposed floor boards it is in keeping with the character accommodation of the cottage. There are glazed doors which open to and overlook the rear garden.
Attached the the studio is a stone workshop and storage shed which are adjacent to the cottage.
Outside - The cottage is accessed via vehicular gates which lead to the side drive which provides off road parking. A pedestrian gate leads to the side door with a canopy porch leading to the front door.
The main garden is to the rear of the studio and just wait until you see it! It is such an impressive garden, not only large but private and well landscaped for all of the family to enjoy. There are a number of seating areas, with paving, decking and a gravelled area all allowing you to capture the sunshine at different times of the day. There is a pond stocked with fish which offers a lovely relaxing sound as the water flows by. The main garden is mainly lawn with numerous mature plants and shrubs throughout.

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
