The Cambridge Lodge arriving soon is expected to draw a lot of interest from first time buyers seeking to join Sandhills. This lodge is identical to the front row Delta Cambridge sea view lodge also listed for sale - please see photos. The lodge comes fully furnished with a full range of appliances, double glazing and central heating. There is also a sundeck included within the package with skirting all round. The lodge is South West facing and benefits from sunshine most of the day. The main double bedroom has an ensuite shower room, the twin single guest room has a guest bathroom opposite the hall. The open plan living area provides a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge sofa with a sofa bed to bring the berth up to 6 people staying if required.
