"When we purchased out lovely home there was just the two of us and we saw this as our forever home. Now, some 7 years later we have grown to a family of five and so with a heavy heart have had to make the tough decision to move to achieve a little more space and enter the next chapter in our lives. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time living here and feel very fortunate to have been able to start our family in such a lovely place, all of the wonderful memories of which we will take with us and enable any lucky new owner the opportunity of creating their own. We have found Congella Road to be such a community driven street with amazing neighbours, who we will miss enormously. I know that it is a little cliché, but really wish that we could take them with us when we move. We know that any prospective new owners will be warmly welcomed and I am sure they too will find this to be a lovely new neighbourhood for them. Appreciating the benefits of the area that we live in, we really don't want to move too far for our next home, as everything important to us can be found almost on the doorstep, with the childrens school close by, the parade of shops in nearby Reddenhill Road as well as the scenic Cary Park and picturesque Babbacombe Downs all within a short walk. We have found the location to be extremely convenient for us and something that we want to repeat at our next home."
