OWNER'S INSIGHT

"Coombe Rise has so many attributes, and for me the location is one of the best. As a dog owner, there are some of the most scenic walks found in Torbay on the doorstep. A wide selection of restaurants are a matter of minutes' walk, and everything the harbour, town and sea front has to offer. The parking is also invaluable for the location so close to the heart of Torquay, where space can be a premium on street with restricted zones. It is a lovely old house and been a good home, but the time has come for me to move on".

STEP INSIDE

A covered STORM PORCH with obscure glazed entrance door with leaded light stained glass detailing opens to the RECEPTION HALL with under stairs storage cupboard. Stone fireplace with dual fuel log burner and door giving access to the side garden. Door to the DINING ROOM with bow window to the side overlooking the private garden. The KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM is fitted with a range of light oak units with brushed chrome handles and working surfaces with inset sink unit. Provisions for cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Central breakfast bar, skylight, window and door to the side elevation. STUDY with window to the side and housing the gas fired boiler and electric consumer unit. From the Reception Hall stairs rise to the First Floor Landing with window and loft access hatch. BEDROOM 1 with bow window overlooking the side garden and enjoying views over the surrounding area. EN-SUITE with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC.
