OWNERS INSIGHT

"When I was last looking to move I felt it sensible to move to an apartment so that I could enjoy a comfortable, convenient and easy future. As soon as I arrived at The Headlands I knew that I had found my new home. The welcoming communal atrium entrance was beautifully presented and this continued through the rest of the building as well, I could even see my face in the brass on the front door! Once I walked into the apartment I immediately felt at home, with the afternoon sun shining through the windows and over the large, private paved terrace, creating a lovely bright, warm feel to the apartment and something that I still enjoy today. During my time living at The Headlands I have found it such a lovely tranquil place to live. Being located on a cliffside no-through road there is very little passing traffic, and the views across to the tree lined Livermead hillside as well as down to Livermead Beach provide an attractive, ever changing scene and enable me to 'watch the world go by'. It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to sell my lovely home but I feel that the time is now right for me to make a move to be a little closer to my family."
