A door leads into a hallway with secondary door to the front, cloakroom and door to the integral garage.
To the rear of the house, the impressive open plan kitchen/breakfast room is a particular feature and creates a perfect entertaining space with two sets of 4 metre wide bi-fold doors opening onto the rear terrace and garden.
The fabulous kitchen has an attractive roof lantern and provides an extensive range of high gloss wall and base units, drawers, integrated appliances and large central island with hob and breakfast bar. Two sets of double doors lead through to the living/dining room which also has an attractive roof lantern and feature fireplace in the sitting area. At the rear of the kitchen there is a cinema room with double doors to the garden.
On the first floor, the principal bedroom is double aspect with windows to the front and side as well as fitted wardrobe cupboards and an en suite 'Jack and Jill' bathroom. There are four further bedrooms (one with an en suite shower room) as well as a well-appointed family bathroom. The bedroom that is to the rear of the house (and shares the Jack and Jill bathroom) can also be accessed via the spiral staircase from the cinema room and offers the potential to create an annexe, if required.
Outside, the house is accessed via a five bar gated entrance over a block paved driveway leading to the house and integral garage. The driveway provides ample off-road parking and there is also an electric car charging point and useful detached shed/garden store.
To the rear of the house, there is an attractive paved terrace. Steps lead down to the lawned garden which includes a further paved area with a hot tub and detached summer house with bi-fold doors opening onto the garden.
