Property description & features

"The Glen has been the perfect first home for me in Bristol. I have loved the location, situated on a quiet leafy road close to the downs whilst also a stone's throw from the vibrant shops and delightful restaurants lining Whiteladies Road, Cotham Hill and Gloucester Road. A few of my personal favourites are tapas at Bravas, Italian food at Bosco and grabbing a coffee on the outdoor terrace of Little Shop and Pantry. Sunny afternoons have been spent running and walking around the downs, and cycling across the Clifton Suspension Bridge to explore the surrounding countryside. The flat is great for entertaining and has been host to many dinner parties and lazy Sunday breakfasts."

The Glen is a quiet tree lined street in Westbury Park, one of Bristol's most sought after suburbs. For those in search of green open spaces, Redland Green and Clifton Downs are just a short walk away, which is hugely popular with runners, cyclists, as well as dog walkers with around 400 acres of space to utilise. The proximity of Waitrose and the Scott (Orpheus) Cinema, a short walk away, is also regularly seen as an advantage for the residents of this area. North View itself boasts popular local dining spots such as Little French and Prego whilst popular pubs such as Westbury Park Pub and Kitchen and the Cambridge Arms are also within easy reach.

A spacious two-bedroom flat on the top floor of this period building in Westbury Park. The front door leads straight into the kitchen, which has high ceilings, a beautiful picture window over looking the trees at the rear, a breakfast bar for casual dining and plenty of units. Up the stairs takes you to the large living room with plenty of space for sofas and a dining table and chairs. There are two good sized double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower over bath and utility area.

    Broadband availability and predicted speed

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
