Proceed out of Ipswich town centre along Felixstowe Road, continue over the next three sets of traffic lights and at the roundabout with St Augustines Church in front of you, take the third turning onto continuing along Felixstowe Road and straight over the next two roundabouts. Turn right, signposted Nacton village, under the railway line and turn left immediately after, where the property can be found on the left hand side.
