Established in 2001 by our Managing Director Matthew Wales, Homezone has a prominent and modern office in the bustling town of Beckenham, close to the centre of town and it's many facilities and transport connections. From inception, the goal was to create a company and a service that would alter peoples negative perceptions of estate agents, perceptions that have developed over several decades with agents that focused more on profit and less on service and customer relationships.
