Reluctantly, we are leaving our beautiful home to move closer to family abroad. This is a special place, full of character. It has been the perfect house for our young family. We couldn't ask for a better setup; with its fantastic open plan living space, two work-from-home offices and rich greenery from front to back. We'll miss entertaining adults and kids alike in our sun-filled garden, or sitting in the sunroom with a cup of coffee looking onto the bamboo grove. Not to mention the twice-yearly explosion of white roses and festive red berries in winter. We are so sad to say goodbye to our peaceful and calm street with incredibly supportive and sociable neighbours and friends. Relaxing in our front room on a London evening with the wood stove lighting and tree-filled view out the window you would never know it was just a stones throw from the vibrant high street. We'll miss the uniqueness of Penge, with its great independent cafes and restaurants, craft brewery, beautiful green spaces and friendly faces. A hidden gem just a short journey from central London. We will always hold our Penge home special in our hearts and hope the next owners love it as much as we do.
