Vendor View: I bought the house as an investment and a passion for turning neglected properties into lovely homes. I was not prepared to find myself within such an amazing community and great location. Not ever having lived in the city I feel I've missed out. The neighbourhood is the warmest, friendliest I have ever experienced with a real sense of community support and some lovely places to eat out. Only having been in the area for a short time I know I am going to miss it. If I was not already committed to moving overseas I would definitely stay.
