I am looking for a decent, stable, working person or couple who will fit in with other nice tenants in the building and who will treat the apartment with the respect it deserves...there are 4 flats in total surrounding a courtyard garden, which is furnished with planters, tables and chairs etc. I am afraid this is unsuitable for pets or children. The apartment is available on 6th august 2023 or after. The apartment is light and airy and sunny... And warm and cosy. The outside courtyard is pretty and has tables and chairs and washing lines, storage bunkers etc.. The flat will be available from august 6th onwards
