The kitchen is modern but fitting with the cosy cottage theme, only being fitted fairly recently. The kitchen boasts plenty of wall and base units, a range cooker and built in fridge freezer. White goods may be left in the property but this will need to be discussed with the agent and owner.
At the top of the stairs is the front bedroom, a good size but more suited to a single room, nursery or office. The second bedroom is at the back of the cottage and is a good size double with built in wardrobe space. This room has plenty of character too with an exposed brick chimney breast and original beams.
Please note the loft space is accessible but due to the height of the ceilings, head height in the loft is very low so the loft is only to be used for storing light, small items.
The cottage has gas central heating but also electric heating too.
The garden is positioned across the footpath that runs in front of the house. The garden is very low maintenance and is fully enclosed by high fencing. A large cabin spans the width of the garden and adds an extra living space to the cottage, boasting an electricity supply meaning it could be used as an office space. There is no heating in the cabin however, stand alone heaters can be used as it has full electricity supply.
The footpath that runs between the house and the garden is public. We have however been assured that there is not a high amount of foot traffic and it is usually used by regular dog walkers and ramblers.
