Sand Dunes is situated on the edge of Clacton-on-Seas town centre, within 150 yards of the seafront, and offers a range of accommodation from rooms with communal bathroom facilities to self-contained. Please contact letting agent Mike Vincent & Son for information on current availability.

In addition to these standard rental Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements, full packages of care can be put together which can include full catering, room cleaning and laundry services.

All communal facilities are cleaned at a minimum once a week.

Tenancies are restricted to those over the age of 30. Single occupants only. No pets. No visitors are allowed at the premises after 11.00 pm.
