Swift Manor Farm, Whelp Street, Preston St Mary, Suffolk, CO10 9NJ is located on the edge of Kettlebaston, a small picturesque village. Lavenham provides a range of shops and amenities to include schooling and public houses. Further facilities are available in the nearby town of Sudbury and Hadleigh to the South and Stowmarket to the North. The larger town of Ipswich to the East is around 16 miles and has a mainline rail service to London Liverpool Street taking around 90 minutes, and in the opposite direction there is the ever popular Bury St Edmunds, with excellent schooling. The popular coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh lie some 40 miles away to the East.
