Lounge has french doors leading to patio area and good sized garden with bbq. The bathroom is spacious and will be shared just between 2 rooms. Separate washer and dryer for convenience.
All bills are included, including high speed broadband, council tax, gas, water and electricity. Off road parking is available for both rooms.
Property is in a very quiet yet convenient area with beautiful views over unspoiled forest woodland and parking on the driveway and road. Regular bus service and close to Hospital, A must see! Opposite the house you can walk through the forest and relax by the lake, there is a small library, pharmacy, and convienience store at the end of the street 2 minutes from the property.
The house is home to 3 women in their 20s, they would prefer someone easy to get along with who is above all clean, tidy and respectful. Please let me know when you are available to view, thank you
