At the edge of the property lies the multi-purpose studio/games barn, measuring some 620 sq ft and complete with shower room and WC.

LOCATION

Set in open countryside and bordered by farmland on the edge of Kelsale, The Barn is located in the lanes between Saxmundham and the Suffolk Heritage Coast.

The vibrant market town of Saxmundham lies some 2 miles to the west, with its own railway station, which provides access to London, Norwich and Cambridge, via Ipswich, and has an excellent range of local shops in the high street, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and galleries. The town is bypassed by the A12, which links to the country’s main road and motorway network.

The popular coastal town of Aldeburgh lies some 7 miles to the south-east and provides a further range of boutique shops and restaurants together with a cottage hospital. There is a wide choice of recreational facilities in the area with sailing on the nearby River Alde, well renowned golf courses at both Aldeburgh and Thorpeness, numerous footpaths and bridleways in the area and for those with musical and arts interests, the well renowned Snape Maltings concert hall, home to the annual Aldeburgh Music Festival, is just 5 miles to the south.

The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
