Additional fees which may apply;
• Late payment of rent: 3% above the Bank of England base rate which, after 14 days of non-payment, can be backdated to the day the rent was due.
• Any keys or security devices that are lost or broken by the tenant during the tenancy will be chargeable to the tenant.
• Any alternations/variations to the tenancy agreement and made at the tenant’s request: £50.
• Early termination fee (with landlords consent): £360.
All charges are inclusive of VAT. A property cannot be held in reserve until all relevant monies have been paid.
Spreyton lies to the north of Dartmoor National Park and is famous for its connection to the tale of Old Uncle Tom Cobley. The village has a well regarded local pub, a small primary school, modern village hall, community shop and monthly farmers market. The village is really convenient for the A30 linking to Okehampton and Cornwall to the west, and Exeter and the M5 to the east.
