From Minehead proceed on the A39 towards Williton passing through the villages of Carhampton and Bilbrook. On entering Washford, passing the Station and Washford Inn, proceed down a slight incline and turni right into Abbey Road, sign posted Roadwater. Follow the lane passing the English Heritage site of Cleeve Abby on your left, until you reach the White Horse public house taking the right fork towards the village. Follow this road into Roadwater and through the village. On passing the cricket club and village shop on your left take the second turning on your left. Then after approximately fifty yards take the next right turn onto the Old Mineral Line. Follow this road for another few hundred yards whereupon the property will be found on the right hand side.
