He has worked as an estate agent since 2001 and, before joining Christopher Stokes, built up experience at various agencies, both independent and corporate. This has enabled him to see how different companies operate and take the good things from them all, while leaving their bad habits behind! "From my experiences, I can see what distinguishes a good agent from a bad agent. Things like opening hours, vendor feedbacks, accompanied viewings, employing the right members of staff and advertising in the right places are all factors that should be considered before instructing an agent.
