West Road is located in a tranquil quiet one-way road in this beautiful and most esteemed pocket of Stratford with a 53 ft approx private garden. Built-in the early 1900's, this converted family home is situated on a quiet tree-lined road, moments from West Ham Park. West Ham Park, the largest Park in the London Borough of Newham, is owned and managed by the City of London Corporation since 1874. The park has recently won Green Flag and Green Heritage status. The prestigious scheme recognises parks and other green spaces as some of the very best managed sites in the world. This home is perfect for families offering spacious living throughout and it is in the catchment area of outstanding and good Ofsted highly rated primary and secondary schools. Stratford itself continues to enjoy high standing among buyers, thanks to the famed Olympic Legacy and continual investment in the area. Set in a family-friendly and residential area with a real sense of community and walking distance from Plaistow Tube Station serving the District Line, Hammersmith & City lines and Stratford Station (with many lines including Central Line, Jubilee Line, Elizabeth Line, Overground trains, DLR and the new Crossrail Link) is walking distance and/or just a short bus ride away and is well connected for commuters wanting to travel around the Capital.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER ..

"Firstly, we really like our location. Our street is generally quiet with very little traffic, and being close to either the underground at Plaistow station or Stratford, there are plenty of transport links. We are a short distance from West Ham park which is a hidden gem. It is much bigger than you expect it to be and generally is never too busy, even in the summer, with a very peaceful garden area inside. At home, we really enjoy spending time in the garden. It gets long hours of sunlight, especially in the summer and is generally very quiet and peaceful, perfect for barbecues with friends and family. Inside, the flat feels quite spacious and having recently been refurbished, the kitchen/dining area again benefits from plenty of sunshine, particularly in the morning whilst the living room is a sun-trap in the afternoons. "

Viewing of this outstanding property is thoroughly recommended. An immaculate property, waiting for its new owner to glide into their next family home.
