These offices are available on flexible license terms. The license agreements are inclusive of business rates, maintenance, utilities, tea and coffee, use of office furniture, telecoms cabling and the front of house reception services.

Offices are priced on a desk-by-desk basis and offer generous sized private suites for each tenant business. License Fee - £450 per desk per month– subject to license length and other terms.
