This was our first home and we have loved living here. It is in such a great location and we will really miss the views and open space, especially to enjoy in the sunshine. The house is very well-finished and offers a living space that is unique compared to all other properties nearby. We wish we could take the open-plan kitchen with us! The proximity to local amenities has been a real plus; local shops, a GP practice and a pharmacy are within a 5-minute walk, plus the hospital, a large supermarket and Bluewater are all very close. Travel options are great, with a direct train line to London within a 10-minute walk of the house. For anyone crossing the river regularly, this property also qualifies for local resident discount on the Dartford Crossing.
