Description
The Property compromises a useful block of mixed broadleaf woodland which has been well managed with selective thinning. The woodland is made up of a mix of species mainly consisting of Oak, Ash, Beech and Poplar among others. The woodland has a number of tracks which provide access to large areas of the wood. There are a number of small structures including a lockable storage container although neither the structural integrity nor the planning consent can be guaranteed by Fisher German. Some of the boundaries are fenced or hedged. There is a hard-standing parking area near the entrance to the woods.
Situation
The wood is situated and access is on the southern boundary of Evesham and falls within Wychavon District Council, Worcestershire. Access to the Property is obtained from the A46 through the Vale Business Park across the Millennium Way and a private roadway the relevant easement is set out in the Property’s Title and is stated to be limited to agricultural use and forestry and there is a requirement that the buyer enters into a deed of covenant promising to contribute to the private roadway’s maintenance and repair prior to completion with the private roadway’s various users.
