Nova Haus is a unique digital Estate Agent: We are focused entirely on our clients and their experience in what can be a challenging journey. We like you, have had difficult experiences with Estate Agents in the past and know there’s a better more transparent way. Industry experience has shown us the way – founding director’s Luke & Tom have combined 20 years’ experience working at established high street agencies, as well as opening new offices across North, Central and East London. They have both been right at the centre of the industry and have seen and experienced different agency approaches to a business they both feel extremely passionate about. As a new company in an industry dominated by some big players we know that reputation is everything. This shapes our entire company philosophy and we firmly believe that every interaction with us is a chance to build our reputation and ultimately our company. We believe the industry is at a crossroads and the “digital agent” has an opportunity to take the best of the traditional and integrate the latest technology and marketing tools to maximise exposure for each and every property and provide a cost effective and efficient service. We don’t believe that shiny suits, branded cars and hard selling is the way forward. Times are changing and there is real gap for an honest and genuine agent who can give an efficient and personable service.
