To the left of the parking area is a gate leading to the property past the greenhouse, follow the path to the top of the pathway where the property can be found.   The postcode is PA23 8TG.

The property is accessed from the front door which faces the High Road and once through the door the hallway runs the length of the property and leads off to all rooms. The sitting room is a lovely room with a wood burning stove surrounded by a brick fire surround, the front window looks out over the garden to Loch Long below. There is a patio door which leads out to the garden area from the sitting room. The kitchen is well appointed with an array of wall mounted and floor mounted kitchen units and a large built in larder. There is an electric cooker with extractor above. The kitchen is big enough for a dining table and chairs to be sited. The master bedroom was an extension to the bungalow which is a large bedroom with built in wardrobes and an Ensuite shower room off. Bedroom 2 is a good size double at the opposite end of the property. Bedroom 3 is currently being used as a study but could be used as a single bedroom if required. A utility room is to the front and is a good sized room with plenty of storage and space for a washing machine and dryer. There is a door leading to the front of the property. The bathroom is close to the second bedroom and consists of a bath, wash hand basin and toilet. The property has been insulated in the internal walls and under the floor making it easy to heat with the modern electric Germans built heaters. The double glazed windows have been recently fitted.

The garden is a large area with a range of colourful trees, bushes and shrubs surrounding many pathways and sitting areas through-out. The garden benefits from a greenhouse, a timber shed, and timber wood store. The parking area at the bottom of the garden has a timber potting shed and there is parking for 2 cars. There is a separate entrance to the garden and the front of the property on the High Road. There is no parking space there. The current owners have lived in the property for 16 years and Belhaven will make a lovely home for the next owners.

Blairmore is a village located on the Cowal peninsula in Argyll and Bute which lies within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. It is situated on the western shore of Loch Long and around 1 mile north of Strone. The village was largely built during the Victorian era and has a small wooden pier which dates to 1855 and still in use today. There is an excellent local cafe/restaurant and a pub/restraint in Strone, all popular with the local residents.

Belhaven is approximately 9 miles from Dunoon which is the main seaside town in the area where you will find most of the amenities you would expect in a small town. Ferry services travel from Hunters Quay or Dunoon town centre across the Clyde Estuary where you can be in Glasow/Glagow airport in approximately one hour, alternatively there is an outstanding scenic route vie Loch Lomond leading to Glasgow and the central belt.
